Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. pkkg. ( 1 c.) semisweet chocolate pieces
- 3 T. very strong coffee
- 2 T. coffee liqueur or brandy
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c light cream, heated just to boiling
- Sweetened whipped cream
- Chocolate curls, chopped nuts, candied violets,candied orange peel
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender container, combine chocolate pieces, coffee, coffee liqueur, eggs, and heated cream. Cover and blend at high speed for 3 minutes. Pour into six 4 oz. demitasse cups or 6 oz. custard cups. Chill at least 4 hours. Top with sweetened whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate curls, nuts, candied violets, or candied orange peel.
