Ingredients
- 2 onion
- 2 teas basil
- 2 teas oregano
- 2 large can tomato sauce
- salt pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 pounds ground hambuger
Preparation
Step 1
Fry hambuger with chopped onion, when browned drain and rinse to get rid of fat if low fat is wanted. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 1 - 2 hours. The longer it simmers the better it is. If you want thicker add tomato paste as well.
I like to use more garlic.
