Ingredients
- 1/2 c Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 c grated pecorino cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T Italian parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 c EVOO
- 28 large, white mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients. Remove stems from mushrooms and stuff each with mixture. Drizzle with EVOO and bake at 350 degrees until toasted and bubbly.
