Adam's Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• 1/2 c Italian Bread Crumbs
• 1/2 c grated pecorino cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 T Italian parsley
• salt and pepper
• 1/3 c EVOO
• 28 large, white mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients. Remove stems from mushrooms and stuff each with mixture. Drizzle with EVOO and bake at 350 degrees until toasted and bubbly.
