Blueberry Quick Bread

Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 Tblsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup cold butter
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 tsps vanilla
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Beat eggs, milk, and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into two 9x5" greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-75 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool.
