Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
  • at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic power
  • 1/4 tsp. peper
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbs. shredded mozarella cheese, divided
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbs. grated parmesan cheese divided
  • Assorted crackers

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In bowl beat cream cheese with mayonnaise, worcestershire, garlic powder and pepper until smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts, crab meat 1/4 sup mozzarella and 1/3 cup parmesan. Transfer to 4 cup baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake until hot and bubbling, about 20 minutes. Serve with crackers
