Impossible Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

Pumpkin Pie Cake

Ingredients

1 Spice Cake Mix
1 Small Can Pumpkin (15 0z)
1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Cooking time 12mins

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix and canned pumpkin with mixer. Once mixture is thoroughly combines, fold in mini chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonfulls onto a greased cookie sheet. (You may also use a pizza stone, no greasing required).
Nuts optional.

Bake at 350 degrees for 11- 14 mins. Store in airtight container for up to 10 days
