S** Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

• 3 tbls minute tapioca
• 1 well beaten egg
• 3 cups milk
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the 1st 5 ingredients together. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Cook over medium heat till comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
