  • 3 cans garbanzo beans, drained (juice reserved)
  • Juice from 3 lemons
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp. Reserved bean juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Salt

Step 1

Mince garlic cloves in food processor. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth.
