Mana's recipe named by a cute little Jessica that misunderstood "flank" steak Family favorite

Ingredients

• flank steak
• Italian salad dressing 1/2 cup
• dehydrated onions 1/2 cup
• worschestire sauce to taste
• soy sauce to taste
• Lisano sauce ( costa rican steak sauce)
• lemon juice 2 tbs
• pepper
• dried parsley
• fresh garlic 1/4 cup

Preparation

Step 1

mix all in zip loc bag and place in bag in fridge at least 1 day to marinate
Grill on hot pre heated grill to med rare
allow to rest off heat for 5-10 min
slice thin with electric knife
