Preparation

Step 1

First: put water and jalepenos and tomatillos ( make sure the husks are off) in a medium saucepan let boil for 15 mins (make sure you have enough water because it will absorb)
While that is boiling cut up the meat if it is not already cut then put in a large pan with oil cook the meat thoroughly (you may season and add onion to flavor the meat I do)
Once the the chilis and tomatillos have been boiled put them in to blender along with garlic and onion use about 1/2 cup of water (if it's really thick you may add more water you don't want it to runny) then blend for 2 mins on high.
Then drain any oil that is in the meat
Then once it's drained put the meat and chile verde back in sauce pan let boil on medium for 10 mins so that the chile verde may be absorbed.
Once you let it absorb then turn off burner warm up tortillas and serve ( a lot of people serve it Beans)
