Eagle Brand Festive Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounce) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Dash of salt
  • ½ - 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly onto wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.

Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto a cutting board. Peel off the paper and cut into squares. Store the fudge in a covered container in the fridge.
