  • 3/4 Teaspoon salt divided
  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper divided
  • 1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 Small zucchini, halved lengthwise
  • 4 Small yellow squash, halved lengthwise
  • 2 Red bell peppers, quartered
  • 4 Green onions
  • 4 Garlic gloves minced
  • 2 Tablespoons commercial pesto oregino springs (optional)

1. Prepare grill or boiler.

2. Sprinkle steak with 1.4 teaspoon salt and black pepper
