Ingredients

    Pound lean boneless sirloin steak, trimmed

    Cup red wine vinegar

    Small yellow squash, halved lengthwise

    Red bell peppers, quartered

    Garlic gloves minced

    Tablespoons commercial pesto oregino springs (optional)

Directions

1. Prepare grill or boiler. 2. Sprinkle steak with 1.4 teaspoon salt and black pepper 3. Combine 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, Vinegar, and next 5 ingredients through garlic in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal and shake to coat. 4. Coarsely chop vegetables place in a bowl, add pesto and stir gently.
