Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 T. milk
- 1/2 t. coarse salt
- 1/8 t. ground pepper
- 1 +1/2 c. cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 c. Jarlsberg cheese
- 1/4 c. frozen peas
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat broiler.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix in spaghetti, cheese, and peas.
3. In a small (7- to 8- inch) broiler-proof skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat. Pour in mixture. Cook until top is almost set, 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Transfer to broiler, placing pan 4 inches from heat source; cook until set, about 1 minute.
