BEEF TORTILLA CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 medium flour tortillas
- 1 16-oz can vegetarian
- refried beans
- 1 4-oz can chopped green
- chilies, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 10.75-oz can cream of
- mushroom soup
- 4 oz sour cream
- Salsa
- Sour Cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is cooked through; drain.
3. Return the beef and onions to the skillet and add taco seasoning. Stir in refried beans and green chilies.
4. Mix soup and sour cream in a separate bowl. Spread half of the sour cream mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with three flour tortillas, tearing as necessary to completely cover the sour cream mixture.
5. Top tortillas with half of the meat mixture, then top with cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
6. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with salsa and sour cream.
