Salmon, Pecan Crusted

Ingredients

  • 4 Filets
  • 1/4 ¼ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 1/2 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 1/4 ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 ¼ cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle salt & pepper filets
Lightly grease pan
Combine mustard, butter, honey & brush over salmon
Spoon evenly across fish

Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes or until flakey
