Ingredients

  • 1/2 # sausage
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 (14.8 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (15 .4-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble sausage in a Dutch oven or soup pot; brown with onion and drain any fat.

Add potatoes, water, Italian seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in both cans of corn and milk. Simmer until heated through.
