Philadelphia Cream Cheese Pastry
- 1 3 oz. package cream cheese
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Combine softened cream cheese and butter. Add flour and salt. Form into ball and chill thoroughly. On floured surface, roll out to 12" circle. Place in 9" pie plate. Prick bottom and sidses with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
