Ranch Dipped Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless,skinless chicken breast
  • 2 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the remaining dressing with the mustard and sugar until well blended.

Chicken
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
Slice the chicken breasts into two-inch long pieces. Evenly coat chicken in dressing then dredge chicken in bread crumbs and arrange on greased baking sheet and cook for 15–20 minutes or until golden.
