Ingredients
- 6 mango
- 2 red peppers
- 1/2 red onion
- Lemon
- Lime
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- Cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Cut Mango in to cubes
cut red pepper in small pieces
cut red onion in to small pieces
Add lemon, lime, salt and cayenne pepper and toss
Leave at least an hour
Add fresh cilantro just before serving on its own or bed of greens
