Chicken ½ breasts cooked and chopped
cup Cream of chicken soup
cups Mashed potatoes
tablespoons Cheddar cheese grated
cup Soft bread crumbs
Grease baking dish. Preheat oven to 425. Make mashed potatoes. Cook and chop chicken. Mix with chicken and soup. Don't let it get TOO wet since it won't take shape well then. Shape in pyramid in greased shallow baking dish. Mix the mashed potatoes with the cheese. Cover pyramid with potato mixture. Pour a little melted butter over top and sprinkle with crumbs mixed with remaining cheese. Bake 425, 20 mins.
