Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 10-ounce package lasagna noodles, cooked, rinsed and drained
  • 2-3 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 carton ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Blend ricotta and eggs. Add parsley flakes, salt and pepper.

Place 1/2 noodles in bottom of 13x9x2 pan. Layer with 1/2 cheese filling, 1/2 mozzarella, 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
