SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix and turn into a buttered 9 x 13" pan.
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2/3 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all topping ingredients and crumble over the casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. You can vary this sometimes by putting orange juice and/or orange peel in the sweet potatoes.
