Ingredients

  • 2 pounds good sirloin
  • 2 slices white bread
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon pepper
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 Jar A-1 Thick and hearty
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup beef broth

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sirloin, eggs, bread soaked in half and half, salt , pepper, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and onion.
Make ping pong size balls and roll in flour. Fry in butter, brown really good so they won’t fall apart.
Heat and simmer with A-1 sauce, beef broth and ketchup. Add ½ cup half and half and simmer until hot.
