Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup gruyere cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix salt, pepper and cayenne and put on pork chops.
2. Brown and cook chops.
3. Mix cheeses, mustard egg and milk. Make a paste.
4. Spread the paste on the chops and shortly broil.
