Ingredients
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
Preparation
Step 1
In large resealable plastic bag, combinefirst six ingredients. Add salmon; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Place salmon skin side down on grill rack.
Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
