Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 16 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa
  • 1 cup taco sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Montery jack cheese
  • for toppings
  • 3 green onions
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees
In a pan brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning and prepare per package instructions. Add cream cheese, cover and simmer until cheese is melted. Stir together and mix well. Set aside and cool completely.
Cook pasta chells.
Pour salsa on bottom of 9X13 baking dish. Stuff each shell with 1-2 T. of meat mixture. Place shells in pan open side up. Evenly cover shells with taco sause. Cover dish with foil and bake 30 mins.
After 30 mins, add shredded cheese and bake 10-15 mins without foil. Top with onions or olive if desired. Serve with sour cream.
