SPAGHETTI WITH OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC

  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4 C fresh parsley
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

When pasta is cooked halfway, put olive oil in a medium frying pan and bring up to temperature. Add chopped garlic and parsley. When garlic becomes golden brown (but not burned) remove pan from heat. Drain spaghetti and place in a pasta bowl with oil. Mix and serve with cheese.
