Ingredients
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs and sugar; beat well. Add melted butter, flour, and extract. Heat iron over medium heat until water spinkled inside sizzles. Spoon about 1 tsp. batter in; close and squeeze handles together. Bake until light golden brown. Remove quickly with spatula. Roll cone immediately. Remove cone and cool seam side down on wire rack. Store air tight.
