Mahi Mahi – nut crusted

  • Honey-soy glaze:
  • 1 1/2 c. corn flakes (crushed)
  • 1 c pecans (crushed)
  • 2 T parsley (optional)
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard



Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Combine corn flakes, nuts and parsley. Roll fish and press it on the fish to make it stick
3. Spray baking pan and place on fish on pan. Bake for 10 minutes
4. While fish is baking prepare sauce.
5. Place fish on dinner plate with rice and pour sauce over it
