Ingredients

  • Meat from 2 Fresh Coconuts
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 3 stalks of scallions, chopped
  • 3 TBSP Raw Vegan Mayonnaise, or Olive Oil and little bit of mustard. (Charlie would not give her amazing Raw Mayonnaise recipe away! You’ll have to beg her!)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of sea salt or to taste
  • Pinch of pepper or to taste
