Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green sweet pepper
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 fresh anaheim or jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a screw-top jar combine green pepperm, rice vinegar, oil, anaheim or jalapeno chile pepper, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes about 1 cup.
