  • 4 c masa harina
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 2/3 c warm water and broth
  • Meat ( pork and beef mixed)
  • enchilada sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • picanti sauce
  • garlic salt
  • cummin
  • oregano
  • and whatever else

Spread dough on soften corn husks, add meat, wrap.

Steam for 45 minutes to and hour.
