Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Asparagus
- Flank Steak
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 3 T sesame oil
- 1 ½ tsp fresh ginger – shaved
Preparation
Step 1
Cook vegetables and cut flank steak into bite size pieces
Combine other ingredients and pour over meat and vegetables. Let marinate for at least 2 hours
Serve chilled
