Ingredients

• 3 cups apple (chopped fine)
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp soda
• salt
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup nutmeats

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees.
