Spinach-Stuffed Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound ground turkey breast
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk or tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic salt & pepper
- 1 egg
- 10 oz. pkg chopped spinach,thaw, drain
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Step 1
Combine meat mixture ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Place on large piece of waxed paper and pat into 9x12-inch rectangle. Combine ingredients for spinach filling. Spread evenly over meat. Roll long way so you can get on more sauce. Press ends and seam to seal. Place seam side down in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Combine topping ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Bake 30 minutes more or until no longer pink in center.
