Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup onion - chopped
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1/4 tsp Accent (optional)
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 soup can of buttermilk or 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in margarine; add garlic and dry ingredients. In a separate pan, brown ground beef. Remove excess grease from meat and add to onion mixture. Saute 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in buttermilk or sour cream and serve over rice.
