Ingredients
- 6 (2-inch) potatoes, unpeeled and pricked with fork
- 2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in stream basket. Pour water into a pressure cooker. Insert steam basket in cooker. Secure lid. Over high heat, develop steam to high pressure. Reduce heat to maintain pressure and cook 10 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Drain potatoes and peel, if desired.
