- 3 TBS water
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
- ¼ tsp of salt
- **Demarle round mold
- **Demarle octagonal silpat
Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Place water and sugar in large round mold.
Swirl together till mixed well; Cook in microwave on high for 2 min.
Add popcorn to hot sugar mixture. Swirl to mix again.
Place octagonal Silpat on top of large round mold.
Place in microwave and cook on high for app. 4 min.
**Every microwave cooks differently, so listen for popping to end.
Quickly sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
