PAN ROASTED VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 2 c. carrots, cut into small strips
  • 2 small onions, quartered

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400º. In 9 x 13" pan melt butter in oven (5-6 minutes). Stir in thyme, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover with foil; bake for 22-27 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
