Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Sesame Salt

Step 1

Toast 2 Tbs. sesame seeds and coarsely grind with 1/2 tsp. sea salt. Toss halved brussels sprouts in olive oil and roast cut side down on a baking sheet at 450 until tender and browned, about 15 minutes. Mix with sesame salt to taste.
