LOUISIANA FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans, mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling

Preparation

Step 1


In a two quart bowl, mix everything but the pie filling; pour filling over mixed fruit and stir until just mixed. Chill completely before serving. Yield: 2 quarts

NOTE: Leftover salad can be put in small cups/bowls and frozen for later use.
