Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup pine nuts or almonds (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cups rice cooked in chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter in large skillet; add green onions, nuts and garlic; cook 3-5 minutes until nuts are browned. Add rice, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until ingredients are blended.
