- 2 1/2 8oz packages cream cheese -- softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 vanilla
- cool whip for garnish
- 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch

Step 1
In a bowl with an electric mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in sour cream and flour, then add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the lime juice, vanilla, and beat until mixture is smooth.
Pour the filling over the crust.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 250 and bake for 50-55 minutes more or until the center is barely set. (it will continue to set as it cools)
