Sauteed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tbs. butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broth
  • 1 – 1 ¼ lb. trimmed green beans
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oil and butter, sauté onion 3 minutes; add broth and boil. Add beans, season and simmer 8 minutes, until tender.
