Ingredients
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup broth
- 1 – 1 ¼ lb. trimmed green beans
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil and butter, sauté onion 3 minutes; add broth and boil. Add beans, season and simmer 8 minutes, until tender.
