  • 1/2 lb. Butter (real)
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup potato flour
  • 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well after each addition. Roll out dough and cut in long slices. Prick with fork. Bake at 350 deg.F for 12 – 15 min. or slightly browned.
