Ingredients
- 8 - 8 oz. chocolate, melted
- 2 - 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 5 - 5 tbs. water
- 1 - 1 tsp. espresso
- 1 - 1 tsp. brandy
- 2 - 2 eggs, separated
- 1/8 - 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 - 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Separate egg whites from yolks. Whip whites and sugar together.
Melt chocolate and then add cocoa powder. Add water, espresso, brandy, salt and sugar. Blend. Fold chocolate into the egg whites.
