Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz. jar Pickeled Eggplant
  • 1 - 16 oz. jar Mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • 1 - 8 oz. jar Green Olives with pimento
  • 1 - 8 oz. Can Black Pitted Olives
  • 2 stalks of Celery- chopped
  • 2 Carrots- chopped
  • 1 - 8 oz. can Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 - small jar mushroom salad
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse ingredients under cold water real fast.
Chopped all ingredients real fine.
Mix with Olive Oil, Oregano and Black Pepper to taste
