Ingredients

  • 1 cooked 9 inch pie crust
  • 1 can salmon (170g)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 Tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 3 drops of hot pepper sauce (optional)

Step 1

Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid; blend eggs, sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise and salmon liquid; then fold in salmon, cheese, onion, dill, and hot pepper sauce. Spoon into cooled baked pie shell and bake at 325 for about 40 minutes or until firm.
