Ingredients
- 1 cooked 9 inch pie crust
- 1 can salmon (170g)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 3 drops of hot pepper sauce (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid; blend eggs, sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise and salmon liquid; then fold in salmon, cheese, onion, dill, and hot pepper sauce. Spoon into cooled baked pie shell and bake at 325 for about 40 minutes or until firm.
